As a Keynote Speaker at various conferences, she emphasizes the crucial link between food and health. Jennifer’s goal is to educate the agricultural sector on nutrient-dense growing methodologies and the public on the importance of a hyper-local, plant-forward, clean diet.

Jaime Giroux is a visionary health and wellness pioneer, renowned for her expertise in nutrition and its impact on overall health. Adam Wright has a vast history in the fields of CEA, sustainable agriculture, hydroponics, aeroponics, and local food systems. Upon graduating from Stetson University with an industrial design focus, he began working overseas in Italy for the county’s leading eyewear factories. This experience broadened his perspective and kindled a passion for sustainable agriculture and local food systems that are the mainstay of Italy. Always striving for progress, Adam Wright is committed to finding sustainable and efficient solutions for the agricultural industry, dedicating his efforts to seamlessly integrate technology and food production.
Terrell Brown
CFO
Mr. Brown currently serves as Director of Business Operations at a successful oral surgery practice in the Tampa, Florida area. Previously, he created the financial model and pro forma for The Villages Grown and served as Vice-President of Finance and Administration. Prior to The Villages Grown, Mr. Brown created the financial model and private equity package for TPE, a utility-scale solar development firm, while serving as Vice-President of Finance and Administration. He has served in several capacities, including Controller, Project Manager, and Director of Business Development in his career. He has been a consultant on several projects with the Team’s consultancy. Mr. Brown graduated with honors from Loyola University and achieved his MBA from Rollins College.
